Organizational Structure

Green Village Company has various divisions within its structure.

At the top of the organization is the Steering Committee.

Below them, the CEO is responsible for overseeing all operations.

Under the CEO, there are the Advisory Board, and the departments of Research and Development, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, Finance, Technical, Human Resources, Facilities, and Supply.

Each department or division is systematically connected with its subunits, and in some cases, collaboration or outsourcing with other companies' resources is utilized.
